1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ah333.cam (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ah333 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and content provided therein. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or otherwise use ah333 services. 2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

While ah333 is designed primarily to serve residents of the Philippines, we reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. Users residing in or accessing the Platform from restricted territories may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ah333 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, providing false information, or engaging in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases.

If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. If your account is closed in good standing (either at your request or for administrative reasons), your remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, pending bets are settled, and verification procedures are completed.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be notified to users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of ah333 services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
